Stay Hydrated and Have Fun

With the long weekend ahead and the grand opening of Coach House CrossFit on September 12 approaching fast I would like to welcome everyone to my website and blog. 
Adequate hydration is paramount to functioning well. 

Over the weekend as you are enjoying yourself, try to sneak a glass of water in between other beverages.

If you are thirsty it is already too late.
