No Sugar!

Often in North America our diet consists of no more than 50 different items. Of those 50, sugar, corn, and flour often top the list.  Try and keep track of what you are eating, write it down on paper or I am sure you can find and app for that. Visit your local market and try a vegetable you have not had before.  If you are hooked on sugar many vegetables may not be that tasty for you.  However, if you cut the sugar, you may find your taste for other things will be improved.  Remember your path to a healthy lifestyle starts with how/if you fuel your body.
