Meal idea

Eat meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, oil,some fruit, little starch and no sugar. 
Bear-kebab with stir fry zucchini and red peppers a nutritious and delicious meal.  When planning out your
meals they don’t have to be tasteless or unappealing.  All I did for this meal was take some bear loin and cut it into cubes.  I then skewered the bear meat with bacon, so that it would not be too dry.  Bear meat is extremely lean.  I then peeled and sliced zucchini and cooked it up with some olive oil and red peppers.
